Professional Work Experience

Toolpath — Lead Engineer

2022 - Present

Toolpath had a prototype and vision when I joined, not a product. I worked with a small team to push us towards a product and eventually into the market. I built new features, facilitated discussions, and implemented common software team functions. Some of those functions include sprint plannings, standups, exception tracking, testing (unit and e2e), internal tooling using retool.com, etc.

CallRail — Principal Engineer

2013 - 2022

As CallRail's first engineering hire, I was hired to bring the interface up to speed. I've scoped and led numerous redesign efforts, introduced the frontend guild, built our own UI Kit, built core features, been involved in high level product strategy planning, developed best practices in regards to JavaScript/CSS/HTML, lead multiple engineering teams, and have on-boarded 30+ developers to CallRail's frontend infrastructure.

Vitrue, Oracle — Software Engineer

2012 - 2013

Vitrue was purchased by Oracle. For the remainder of my time at Vitrue I continued to work on the Analytics team building a custom drag and drop interface for our Analytics offering. I also advised other companies who were bought at the same time in adopting our UI principles.

Vitrue — Software Engineer

2011 - 2012

Worked as the lead frontend developer on the Analytics team building a pixel perfect reporting interface. I was also the lead developer of our UI, developing best practices and a css framework our entire platform could use.
